Hi, I’m Istanbul! Don’t let my scruffiness fool you, I’m a big sweetie! After being at the County Shelter for over 4 months - I am finally in a wonderful foster home where I can truly relax. They like to call me Stan :) I am a true Velcro kitty and very dog-like, staying close by and welcoming my humans when they get home. I love attention and care from my people and I like other kitty friends. My adorable meow is low and raspy but always friendly and cute. I am definitely a character!
