Hello! I’m Tex. I’m the lankiest lab mix with long legs and a goofy smile. I recently got into a foster home and I've really started to blossom! Now all I'm waiting for is for someone to come along and give me a home! I can be a bit silly sometimes and sometimes I like to act like a puppy! I’m extremely curious about the world and I’d love a family who likes adventure. I’m just looking for someone to love and have fun with!
My foster mom figured out I'm not a huge fan of water or storm drains, but she's slowly been working with me to get used to them! I have a sister who is about 1/3 of my size and we've gotten along amazingly since day one. Sometimes I don't realize my size so I will need to continue to learn that I can't bowl over my smaller friends. I think I prefer being around dogs who are smaller than me at the moment but I really do thrive having another dog around the house! I've been interested in kids and people around us, but I can be a bit weary of strangers sometimes. But once you're my person, you're mine for life!
