HOLY SMOKES! Have you met Smokey!?
Smokey is a little more shy than his sister (Sissy), but he sure loves to cuddled in your arms. Smokey is going likely going to be a breed who loves to be ACTIVE. Border collies like to stay busy both physically and mentally. He's already very interested in squeaky toys and would love someone to play with him all of the time as a puppy. If you come to meet them and are interested in Smokey, look for the puppy who has a long tail!
