Hello, I'm Kuschel. I'm a sweet 5-year-old hound/Lab mix who's recently moved into a foster home so I can decompress, build my confidence, and learn that the world isn't such a scary place. I can be quite shy when meeting new people or experiencing new situations, but underneath that nervousness is a kind, loving girl who just wants to feel safe and understood.
I enjoy going for walks, spending time in the yard, and I like other friendly dogs. As I continue to gain confidence, I'm discovering more and more reasons to enjoy life. I'm looking for a patient family who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let me settle in at my own pace. Because I can be easily frightened, I'd do best in a home without cats or young children.
