Kenai is half husky, half cattle dog mix which makes for a fun, active dog! He is looking for a family to match his personality. He loves other friendly dogs and would do great in a home with another dog (but not required). He has been working on training in his foster home and is doing great!! He has basic obedience skills and is trained to be off-leash on the trails. He loves hiking, running, and running alongside you when you bike!
He would do best in a home that will continue his training and exercise him regularly. He does have some herding-dog tendencies, and for this reason, we think he would do best in an adult home or a home with older kids (no young kids).
