Howdy is a sweet middle aged dude who was surrendered to the county shelter in poor condition. Despite the neglect he endured, this cutie still loves humans and wants to be involved in everything you do! He is thriving in foster and we are excited to get him into his furever home! Howdy will be about 20 lbs at his ideal weight, but he's got long lanky legs like an italian greyhound!
