Hi, I'm Blondie. I may be a little shy when you first meet me, but once you get to know me, I'm very sweet. I like treats and would be happy to take treats from your hand once I've warmed up. I'm curious about new people, but I need them to take their time getting to know me and approach me slowly so I feel safe. I'm a quick learner, and I just learned to touch my nose to your palm! I love walking and will stay by your side on a loose leash.
I'm a medium-energy dog, so I'll need someone who can give me the right combo of exercise and mental stimulation to help build my confidence. Give me patience, consistency, time to become more comfortable, and I think you'll find I'm a wonderful companion with a heart of gold.
