Victor is dressed like he's ready to star in the next movie as the main hero's talking companion. He's got the perfect scruffy look and the puppy eyes down pat to win over anyone who dares stand in his way. He's still got lots of puppy energy and is ready to wiggle all around before cuddling up next to you for a nap. Victor knows sit but is still learning other manners. He would thrive in just about any home but would especially love kids of his own to be able to grow up with.
